Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Donations made to Beyond Pages Trust may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the donation date.
- The donation was made by mistake or there was an error in the donation amount.
- The donor has a legitimate reason for requesting a refund, subject to the organization's review.
Refund Process
To request a refund, donors must:

- Provide details of the donation, including the date, amount, and method of donation.
- State the reason for the refund request.
Review and Approval
Upon receiving a refund request, our team will:
- Review the request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Contact the donor for any additional information if needed.
- Approve or deny the refund request within 3 business days.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the donor’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Donations made by credit or debit card will be refunded to the same card.
- Donations made via bank transfer will be refunded to the same bank account.
- Donations made through other methods will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure a smooth refund process.
Non-Refundable Donations
Certain donations may not be eligible for a refund, including:
- Donations that have already been utilized for project implementation or designated purposes.
- Donations made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
- Recurring donations that were processed before the donor canceled the recurring payment arrangement.
